Difficult times require a particularly high degree of responsibility from us. SPEEECH informs about measures for the maintenance of business operations.
In order to avoid any health or economic disadvantages for our employees and freelance colleagues, we at SPEEECH have redefined our operational procedures in our studios to meet all requirements in the current Corona Pandemic and beyond. Thus, we maintain our business operations with small restrictions.
Our colleagues from the production and recording management will initially perform their tasks in home office and only meet virtually for their meetings. All employees can still be reached by email and phone.
All employees and visitors in our recording studios consistently keep their distance, direct contact is being strictly avoided. The complete disinfection, including door handles, chairs, surfaces, pop filters, microphones and headphones, is carried out by our colleagues on site, who also thoroughly air our studios between sessions – all within the parameters of a detailed hygiene plan.
In addition, we have succeeded in decentralising the workflows in a way that only one speaker and one sound engineer work physically separated from each other on a project on site and directors and lipsync editors are connected online. We have already successfully carried out the first lipsync dubbing session with this method.
SPEEECH regularly monitors the continuously changing situation and adapts the requirements of our customers accordingly, while our employees and freelance colleagues are safe.
We do not want to leave any of our loyal colleagues alone even during the time of “social distancing”. Stay healthy and please continue to follow to the safety restrictions!
All the best from your SPEEECH team!
